In 2002 Wendy Capell established her company Design Matters for the purpose of providing uniqueness, creativity, elegance, style and continuity of décor for distinctive residences.

Wendy’s combined capabilities of creativity and management provides an ideal for design services, particularly in large projects. She has developed excellent relationships with the various market sources both in the U.S. and internationally. She is experienced in the warehousing, exporting and installation of everything necessary to the completion of a project. She has been effective in working closely with clients in developing a budget and successfully managing costs.

Completed projects include private residences, offices, showcase homes, as well as homes in Cabo San Lucus, Mexico.

One of Wendy’s Cabo homes has been used in marketing and advertising by Cabo’s Premier developer. These ads were featured in the Rob Report Vacation Homes magazine, and Elite Traveler.

Design work nominated in 2007 for the Gold Nugget Award for interior design.
